Floor Layer - 200 - 250 per day
Join a respected property maintenance contractor with long-term, consistent work across Birmingham. As a Floor Layer, you’ll specialise in fitting vinyl tiles and delivering high-quality flooring installations as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.

You’ll be joining an established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality domestic refurbishment work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Floor Layer looking for a steady pipeline of projects across Birmingham.

I’d be keen to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, Vinyl Installer or Flooring Operative.

As a Floor Layer, you will be:
  • Installing vinyl tiles and vinyl flooring to a high standard
  • Preparing and levelling subfloors before installation
  • Measuring, cutting and fitting flooring accurately
  • Completing flooring works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
  • Carrying out repairs and replacements to existing flooring
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a clean and high-quality finish
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Previous experience fitting vinyl tiles and vinyl flooring
  • Strong floor preparation and subfloor levelling experience
  • Experience working within domestic properties
  • A Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to complete work independently to a high standard
This Floor Layer role is offering the following benefits:
