This Flooring Quantity Surveyor / Estimator position offers involvement in projects delivered across the UK while being based in Glasgow. The successful Flooring Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will play a key role in both estimating and commercial management, supporting projects from tender through to final account. About the Role

This role combines estimating and commercial management responsibilities across a varied portfolio of flooring projects. Approximately 80% of the workload supports projects delivered within the wider group, with the remaining 20% involving direct external clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for flooring projects.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Managing project costs from award through to final account.
• Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports.
• Procuring subcontractors and materials where required.
• Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance.
• Working closely with operational teams to support successful project delivery.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting continuous improvement across estimating and commercial processes.
