We’re looking for an experienced and reliable FLT Bendi Driver to join our team in Aylesbury on a temp-to-perm or permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Bendi Driver looking for stable, long-term employment, competitive pay and the chance to earn an additional £2,000 performance bonus.

As an FLT Bendi Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, including:

• Operating a Bendi FLT safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading goods

• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse

• Ensuring goods are handled safely and securely

• Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations

• Following all site health & safety procedures

• £30,000 annual salary

• £2,000 performance bonus

• 45-hour working week

• 15:00 – 00:00 PM shift

• Temp-to-perm or permanent opportunity

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous Bendi FLT experience – essential

• A valid FLT licence/certificate

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations

• A strong focus on health & safety

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
