FLT Driver

Location: Hull (HU9)
Pay: £14.36 per hour (Higher rate paid when covering rotating shifts)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:00 | Friday 07:00-14:00
Flexibility Required: You must be able to support the rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts when required, which are paid at a higher hourly rate.

AQUMEN Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a stable, long-term position within a modern, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Flexibility to support rotating shifts when required is essential and rewarded with an enhanced hourly rate.

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely across the site
• Loading and unloading lorries and trailers
• Supplying production lines with raw materials and moving finished goods
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems to maintain accurate stock records
• Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver within manufacturing or warehousing
• Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Confident loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Flexible to cover the 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 rotating shifts when required
• Reliable, proactive approach with a strong commitment to health & safety
