Monday to Friday – 0600-1400 / 0900-1700

Our client, based in Rugby are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join their team. This an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing business.

The Role – Counterbalance Driver   

Key accountabilites –

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Move stock to and from storage areas & racking
• Carry out daily equipment checks
• Ensure all goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements where required
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with general operative duties as needed

Pay & benefits –

• £14.42 per hour  
• Temp to perm opportunity

Requirements –

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• At least 1 years experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Good understanding of safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
