FLT Counterbalance Operatives 
Pertemps are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach truck Operatives for long‑term opportunities across Northamptonshire. These roles offer stability, paid breaks, and the potential to go temp‑to‑perm.


📍 Junction 16 (M1) 
Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00
Pay: £13.59 per hour
Overtime: £20.39 per hour after 40 hours
Breaks: Paid


 
Requirements
  • Valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence

  • Previous FLT experience

  • Reliability and a positive work ethic

  • Ability to commit to long‑term work
