FLT Driver - Food Factory (PM Shift) | Urgently Hiring

Location: Ramsey, PE26

Pay Rate: £14.73 per hour

Overtime: £18.41 per hour (after 40 hours)

Hours: Monday to Friday | PM Shift: 2:45pm - 12:00am

The Role

We're urgently hiring an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy fresh-produce food factory in Ramsey (PE26). You'll be responsible for moving stock safely and efficiently, supporting a smooth production flow, and helping maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating an FLT to move stock and materials around site
• Supplying production lines and supporting outbound/inbound movements
• Following food factory hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• Completing basic checks and paperwork as required
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence is essential
• Must be able to work the PM shift (2:45pm-12:00am), Monday to Friday
• Previous FLT experience in a warehouse/production/food environment is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and a strong safety mindset
