We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance/Reach Forklift & Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Shefford.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a rotating shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm), offering a great chance to join a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and dispatching orders to a high standard
• Checking and storing incoming goods accurately
• Operating forklifts safely (Counterbalance & Reach)
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
• Supporting warehouse operations across multiple locations
• Handling manual tasks both indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach Forklift licences
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills
• Good communication and numeracy
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Full UK driving licence
