About the Role:

You will work as a Forklift Driver within a waste collection team, safely handling and moving waste materials around the site using a counterbalance FLT. The role ensures waste is processed efficiently and safely, supporting daily operational targets and maintaining a clean, organised yard.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck in an industrial or yard environment.
• In-date FLT licence for counterbalance operation (essential).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, on an ongoing temporary basis.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor/yard-based environment handling waste materials.
• Strong awareness of health and safety and commitment to safe working practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small team.

Qualifications:

• Valid, in-date counterbalance forklift truck licence (required).
• Any additional health and safety or manual handling training (advantageous).
