FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client at their busy warehouse in Linton, near Haverhill, on a 6-week temporary contract to cover staff absence.

Key Duties

• Heavy lifting of items up to 25kg
• Order picking and packing
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift truck
• Completing light administrative tasks, including booking shipments

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• £14.00 per hour

Person Specification

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse experience
• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 weeks to provide cover during a period of staff absence.
