Momentum Training is seeking a qualified RTITB Accredited Forklift Truck Instructor to join our Lincoln training centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to help unemployed adults gain industry-recognised forklift qualifications and progress into rewarding careers within warehousing and logistics.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver RTITB accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck training.

• Deliver practical and classroom-based learning sessions.

• Assess learners against RTITB standards.

• Complete learner records and assessment documentation.

• Maintain safe training environments and equipment.

• Support learners from enrolment through to qualification.

• Work alongside the wider training team.

• Ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements.

• Encourage learner confidence and employability.

• Contribute to positive learner outcomes and progression.

What We're Looking For

• Valid RTITB Forklift Instructor accreditation.

• Previous experience delivering FLT training.

• Excellent knowledge of warehouse health and safety.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Positive, learner-focused approach.

• Teaching qualification desirable.

• Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
