FLT VNA Driver

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / VNA FLT Driver (F1) to join the team at our Measham Distribution Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a VNA Forklift Truck (F1 licence required) safely and efficiently.
• Picking, putting away, and replenishing stock using the VNA.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties including:
• Picking and packing orders.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Stock movement and inventory tasks.
• Housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the warehouse team as required, understanding that VNA operation may not be required for the entire shift.

Requirements

• Valid VNA Forklift Truck Licence (F1) is essential.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Willingness to undertake a variety of warehouse duties in addition to FLT operation.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work the permanent night shift (Monday–Friday, 7pm–3am).
