FLT - Warehouse Operative

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence to join a busy and well-established team.
This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role involving stock control, FLT operations, housekeeping and supporting the wider production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating an FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Picking and preparing stock
- Carrying out regular stock checks and counts
- Cleaning and checking IBC containers
- Supporting waste management and disposal
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety
- Using scanners and basic computer systems
- Supporting the production team with materials and equipment
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required
About You
- Valid FLT licence – essential
- Previous warehouse experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Safety conscious and able to follow procedures
- Basic computer and scanning skills
