Fluent Mandarin Loans Operations in Barbican, Greater London

Our client a global institution urgently requires a fluent Mandarin speaker who also has written Chinese with experience in Loans. The ideal candidate would have a knowledge of loans and worked in a processing role previously for a financial institution like a Bank, brokers, hedge fund. .  Duties include:

• Set up, amend, and monitor facilities in the bank’s system.
• Verify that facilities documents comply with terms, regulatory requirements, and internal  policies.
• Generate and maintain reports for loans administration to different parties
• Assist in monitoring covenant requirements and ensure the fulfilment of approval conditions.
• Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Loans or legal documentation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Legal academic background or related working experience will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in written and numerical tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel (including formulas and pivot table) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
