Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused CAFM Service Support professional to provide support across CAFM systems and related service delivery activities.

This role focuses on ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of CAFM platforms, including system administration, troubleshooting, licence management, and user support. You will play a key part in maintaining service quality while enabling end users to operate efficiently within the system environment.

The position also involves supporting mobilisation activities and system implementations, with occasional on-site presence required. You will work closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver a high standard of service and ensure smooth project and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide CAFM system support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Assist with project management and mobilisation activities.
  • Manage system licences and carry out administrative tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and user support.
  • Coordinate tasks effectively while maintaining accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and end users.
  • Support CAFM system administration and daily operations.
  • Assist with system implementations and provide on-site mobilisation support when required.

  • Experience working with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept Evolution or similar).
