We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning luxury hospitality client for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of a high-end restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating the Food & Beverage team. You'll be responsible for maintaining outstanding service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant and bar.
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support and motivate the Food & Beverage team during service.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and resolve queries professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and confidently upsell food and beverage offerings.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing regulations.
  • Accurately use EPOS systems and complete other operational duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience within a quality hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or senior team member experience is desirable.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using EPOS systems (Simphony or similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, well-presented and a strong team player.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Hours Of Work:

40 Hours per week between 6am–10:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays
