Food And Beverage Supervisor

We are a small gastropub with bedrooms, on the borders of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and The Lake District.

Family owned for around 20 years, the pub has a good standing within the local community and prides itself on local ingredients, ales and a lovely warm atmosphere. We are mentioned in the Good Hotel Guide and have previously been listed in Estrella's Top 50 Gastropubs.

A small team of 20+ members of staff, we work closely together to cover all aspects of daily service.

We are open from 8am until 11pm, 7 days a week.

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on a part time basis. Ideally they will be able for some evenings across all 7 days and some weekend day shifts. This can be flexible to fit in with your personal life. We would aim for around 25-35 hours a week but this can be agreed with the successful candidate.

Experience in a similar business is necessary. We will of course give training on our procedures and service. In time, we would expect the successful candidate to lead shifts and run service. A knowledge of cellar management for cask ales, kegs and wine is expected.
