Food and Nutrition Lead

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced Food & Nutrition specialist lead. If you are a Food & Nutrition teacher with QTS and GCSE Food experience or a qualified Science teacher with willingness to teach Food & Nutrition who is available immediately, we would be keen to speak with you.

We are a Lot 1 Agency Supplier on the GCA Framework and as such, have been approached by a prestigious and highly sought after school based in Stratford upon Avon (CV37) to assist them with their search. They are seeking a Food & Nutrition specialist lead for a long term, maternity cover to start immediately until at least March 2027. The role is offered on a full time, term time basis and will be paid to scale from day one. As the sole lead for Food and Nutrition, the role will include leadership and management time built into your timetable.

A relevant UK based teaching (QTS) qualification.

Substantial experience working within a UK based education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: September 2026

Salary: Paid to scale (MPS1 to UPS3 day rate equivalent) (£179.95 to £279.08)
