Food & Beverage Manager

Kerry Robert Associates is on the search for a professional and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B operation of a hospitality venue near Leicester.

 

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage function, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

About the role:

• Leading, developing, and motivating the Food & Beverage team.
• Managing restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings and events.
• Driving revenue growth.
• Managing budgets, forecasting, stock control, and purchasing.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Maintaining consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Working closely with the Executive Chef.
• Recruiting, training, and developing the F&B team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior F&B Leader, ideally in a high-end hospitality venue or hotel.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• A hands-on management style.
• A passion for delivering high quality guest experiences.
