Food & Beverage Supervisor

HOURS: 48 hours per week - 5 days across 7 (including early mornings, evenings & weekends)
PAY: £34,000 per annum
CONTRACT: Permanent
An established venue is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the smooth running of their busy hospitality operation. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from private functions to large‑scale celebrations, and requires a confident leader who can motivate a team and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily F&B operations across bars, dining areas and event spaces
- Leading and supporting the front‑of‑house team during busy service periods
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation
- Coordinating shift plans, stock levels and opening/closing procedures
- Working flexibly across early mornings, evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or events
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
- A hands‑on, proactive approach with a focus on guest experience
- Flexibility to work a 5‑day rota across 7 days
