Vanta Staffing is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and established food manufacturing company based in Slough.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are available for late evening and night shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for consistent, ongoing work within the food manufacturing industry.

• Working on busy food production and packing lines.

• Preparing, handling and packing food products.

• Checking products for quality and consistency.

• Labelling and preparing products for dispatch.

• Operating basic production and packing equipment.

• Following strict food hygiene and safety procedures.

• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas.

• Working efficiently to meet production targets.

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, bakery production, catering or packing would be advantageous.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Good attention to detail and understanding of hygiene standards.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Must be available to work late evening and night shifts, Monday to Friday.

• Able to travel reliably to and from Slough during unsociable hours.
