AM2PM are recruiting for a number of Food Production Operatives for our client in the Casitor area of Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity providing free transportation from Scunthorpe bus station, with impressive overtime rates available!

Details of a Food Production Operative:

Location: Casitor, Lincolnshire LN7

Shift Pattern: 4 On/ 4 Off Rotational

Shift Time: 05:30-18:00

Pay Rates: £12.71 increasing to £14.71 during unsociable hours. Overtime paid at £19.01 an hour.

Pay Frequency: Weekly 

Contract Type: Term to Perm

Responsibilities of a Food Production Operative:

• Operating equipment on production and packing lines
• Sorting items and labelling food products
• Conducting quality checks across items
• Following strict health and safety regulations
• Following strict hygiene regulations, while maintaining a clean and organized area                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Requirements of a Food Production Operative:

• A positive attitude reliability
• and strong punctuality, ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Basic conversational English
• Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable but not essential
