We are recruiting for Food Production Operative roles in the Grimsby Area. You will be working at a large food production facility based at Europarc.

Details of a Food Production Operative:

• Rate of Pay: £12.71 to £14.11 per hour
• Hours of work: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am
• Location: Grimsby
• Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Food Production Operative:

• Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
• Supporting the production process to ensure products are manufactured and packed to specification
• Packing finished products and loading produce ready for dispatch
• Carrying out routine quality checks on products and packaging
• Identifying and reporting machinery faults, quality concerns or production issues
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
• Carrying out cleaning, hygiene and general housekeeping duties
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
