Food Production Operative

We are looking for Food Production Operatives for our client based in Milton Keynes!

It's Temp to Perm position 

Shift:

• Rotation Days 06:00-18:00 and Nights 18:00-06:00
• Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday
• Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday
• 7 days running operation, so you must be able to work during the weekends.

Pay:

• Days £12.80 per hour
• Nights £10.00 per hour
• Overtime £19.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient processing.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, utilizing basic math skills.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality control.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in production to supervisors promptly.

The ideal candidate needs to have experience working within food production.

7 days running operation, so you must be able to work during the weekends.
