Are you an experienced Food Technician looking for a new opportunity within a secondary school?

TLTP Education is currently working with a well-established secondary school in South East London who are looking to appoint a Food Technician to support the Food Technology department.

The school has a strong focus on high standards, inclusion and student achievement, with a broad curriculum and a supportive environment for both students and staff.

The successful Food Technician will:

• Have experience working as a Food Technician or within a similar practical school-based role
• Ideally have experience working within a secondary school or education setting
• Have good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and health & safety
• Be confident preparing ingredients, equipment and resources for practical lessons
• Be organised and able to manage a busy practical classroom environment
• Have good communication skills and work well as part of a department
• Be reliable, proactive and able to support students during practical lessons
