Due to the award of new contracts, we have several openings for Maintenance Engineers to join a privately owned building services company. The market leading maintenance provider are continually growing and winning new contracts due to their reputation in the industry and are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.
The successful engineer can be either Electrically, Mechanically or HVAC qualified and will have all the opportunities to develop and progress within the business. Offering a really exciting opportunity, the Maintenance Engineer will be covering both tenant and landlord maintenance contracts across London, covering both PPMs and reactive works on commercial and high end residential sites.

Duties
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Generators
- VAV/VRFs
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits
- £44,000 - £48,000 per annum
- Zones 1 & 2 Travelcard
- Monday to Friday, 8-5
- 25 days holiday
