Maldon United FC provides high quality football coaching to children from the ages of 3-13 throughout the week and weekends.

JOB SUMMARY

• Deliver the MUFC Syllabus to our current JPL/BCFA Elite Squads
• Training Monday & Thursday evenings in Maldon
• Attend fixtures on Saturdays in Essex
• Write player reports and goal set for individual players.
• Develop strong relationships with parents and players, and local grassroots clubs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• 2+ years of coaching experience
• Minimum UEFA C/Level 2
• Ambitious and proactive in personal development
• Excellent communication – written and verbal
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
• Able to manage time to an excellent standard
