Foreman – Groundworks | Commercial Project

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established and reputable groundworks subcontractor on a commercial project based in the Kenilworth, Warwickshire area.

This is an immediate requirement for a Foreman with a strong groundworks background who can confidently oversee day-to-day site operations,, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The successful candidate will be joining a major subcontractor with a strong reputation across the industry and an excellent pipeline of upcoming work, offering the potential for long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the groundworks package.

• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials effectively.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.

• Liaise with the Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor progress and resolve any site issues as they arise.

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• Proven experience as a Foreman working for a groundworks subcontractor.

• Previous experience delivering commercial groundworks projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and maintain programme delivery.
