Forklift Combi Driver

The Job People are looking for a Forklift Combi Driver to join a busy production factory in Coventry.

The work is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

FLT Combi / Counterbalance Licence - Required

Other licences advantageous - Reach / Vna

Details of an Forklift Combi Driver based in Coventry:

• Monday to Friday
• Fixed PM Shift
• 07.00 - 15.00
• Must be prepared to take part in various warehouse tasks when required
• £13.62 per hour basic
• Overtime paid after 37.5 hours
• Weekend overtime available x1.5 and x2 rate
• Overtime available
• Temp to Perm role
• Long term opportunity with training and individual progression throughout.

As an Forklift Combi Driver in Coventry, you would be required to:

• Have previous experience operating a Combi Counterbalance FLT
• Loading / unloading of goods, ensuring safe logistical movement of stock - in varying sizes, palletized, boxed, shipment containers
• Ensuring excellent care and attention
• Have confidence when handling loads
• Loading and unloading
• Checking paperwork and orders
• General support within the warehouse
• Ensure to follow all processes trained.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.

Role of an Forklift Combi Driver:

• Be able to work unsupervised where required.
• Adhering to health and safety rules on site.
