The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Manufacturing Company.

A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential

Pay Rates:

  • £12.71 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock around the warehouse
  • General warehouse duties as required
  • Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
  • Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Friday

  • Weekly rotating shifts

  • Week 1 - 6am-2:10pm

  • Week 2 - 3:20pm-11:30pm

  • Overtime is available based on production requirements
