Forklift Driver/Reach truck driver Day shift Immediate start.

We are recruiting Forklift drivers for our busy client based in Spalding. The successful candidate will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking long-term work with the potential to go permanent.

Hours: 07:00 – 18:00

Shift: Monday to Friday (Working One in three weekends)

Pay rate: £13.47 p/h OT after 45 hours at £20.20p/h

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• Move products and materials to designated storage locations
• Use Warehouse Management Systems WMS to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage

Requirements

• Hold a valid and in-date Forklift licence/Certificate
• Ability for flexible shifts, including one weekend in three
• Have previous experience operating a forklift in a racking warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Are reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
