Join a dynamic team at a new warehouse in Coventry's Prologis Park (CV6), where your skills will make a real impact. This role is an immediate start!

What we offer:

• Competitive pay:
• Day shift (6am-6pm): £13.24 - £14.74 per hour
• Night shift (6pm-6am): £13.93 - £15.43 per hour
• Consistent 3-on, 3-off rotating schedule (12-hour shifts).

What you'll do:

• Operate a forklift (Counterbalance) safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift machine inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
• Operate a PPT as and when required
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.

What you'll need:

• A valid forklift license or refresher certificate.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience.
• Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) knowledge is a plus.
• Strong skills in communication, situational awareness, teamwork, and patience.
