Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient movement of stock across a busy distribution warehouse. This role suits someone who enjoys fast‑paced work, takes pride in accuracy, and maintains high safety standards. Main Responsibilities:

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or reach trucks to move pallets of drinks, load/unload vehicles, and replenish pick locations.
• Ensure accurate movement of goods, maintain stock integrity, and follow rotation procedures.
• Adhere to all site safety rules, conduct daily equipment checks, and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support picking teams during busy periods, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and drivers to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Licence — Counterbalance and/or reach truck certification.
• Warehouse Experience — Previous work in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Physical Capability — Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet.
• Attention to Detail — Ability to follow instructions, maintain stock accuracy, and complete paperwork correctly.
• Reliability — Strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
