Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licenceto join a well-established and friendly company in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 16-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Moving stock within the warehouse.
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
• Warehouse experience, including picking and packing.
• Safety shoes/boots are required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Available to start immediately.
