Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative in Great Horkesley, Essex

Driver Hire Colchester is currently seeking two experienced Forklift Drivers to join our client’s busy packhouse operation.

If you have 3–5 years’ experience operating a forklift in a busy factory environment, we would love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern & Pay

• 4 days on, 4 days off

• 7:00am–6:00pm

• £16.42 per hour

• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts during your four days off

• Two unpaid 15-minute breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch break per shift

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operating a forklift within a busy packhouse.

• Moving stock and materials to support production.

• Loading and unloading goods as required.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Working closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ forklift experience in a busy factory environment.

• A valid forklift qualification relevant to the role.

• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety.

• Reliability, good timekeeping and a positive attitude.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team.
