Pay: £14.91 per hour (includes attendance bonus)
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights
Production: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) averaging 42.5 hours per week
Warehouse/FLT: 1 week per month in warehouse + additional cover
Transport: Own vehicle required due to location and shift times
ISQ Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and respected manufacturing business with a strong presence in the market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with a reliable and experienced Forklift (FLT) Operator - Warehouse & Production experience.
This role offers a genuine permanent opportunity for the ideal candidate, making it an excellent position for someone seeking long-term career stability within a solid and successful business.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a valid forklift licence, ideally with pivot steer (Bendi/Flexi) certification and/or proven previous experience, alongside a strong background in forklift driving and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Duties
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain accurate production records and inspection logs
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues
- Support process improvements and productivity
Warehouse & FLT Duties
- Complete goods-in/goods-out documentation accurately
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Store incoming goods correctly
- Ensure shipment accuracy and report discrepancies
- Support warehouse and production operations as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid, in-date FLT licence essential
- Pivot steer licence and/or previous pivot steer experience highly desirable
- Strong previous experience in a forklift driver / warehouse operative role
- Experience with loading, unloading, stock control, and goods movement
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with rotating shifts
- Strong team ethic and ability to work independently
