FORKLIFT OPERATIVE

Days Shifts- 12‑Hour Shifts (That can run over the weekend)
Must Hold a Valid Counterbalance Licence

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a long‑term opportunity with a growing and environmentally focused business? Our food‑waste processing plant in Dagenham are looking for a reliable, safety‑minded Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our yard team.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading waste materials and finished products
• Supporting yard operations, including sorting, moving and staging materials
• Working both independently and as part of a busy team
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment
• Following site safety procedures at all times

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
• Experience working in a busy yard, warehouse or industrial environment
• Good awareness of health & safety
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Reliability and flexibility - this is a key operational role
