FP&A Manager
IPS Finance
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, forecasting, profitability analysis and cashflow planning, while also supporting finance-related systems development and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the senior management team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units.
- Lead and enhance forecasting and cashflow planning processes.
- Support finance system improvements and development projects, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.
- Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities.
- Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with financial systems and supporting system development or process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly.
