FRA Carpenter

Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced FRA Carpenter to join a long-term social housing contract covering Worcestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with fire door experience to secure ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

You will be carrying out fire safety works within occupied and void social housing properties across Worcestershire. Duties will include:

• Installation of fire doors.
• Fire door remedial and maintenance works.
• Upgrading existing fire doors to current regulations.
• Completing associated carpentry works.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with fire safety requirements.
• Working independently across multiple sites.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Card preferred).
• Proven experience installing and repairing fire doors.
• Knowledge of FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) remedial works.
• Previous social housing experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship.

• £24.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
• Immediate start available.
• Long-term ongoing contract.
