Day Rate: £450+ per day
Office-based with site visits
Contract: 6 months
We’re seeking an experienced FRA Specialist to support fire safety compliance across a residential portfolio.
This role focuses on reviewing FRAs, specifying remedial works, and overseeing delivery, not carrying out assessments. You’ll take ownership from day one with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate FRAs
- Specify and oversee remedial works
- Inspect and sign off completed works
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards
- Manage contractors and delivery
Requirements
- Strong FRA review and remediation experience
- Background in housing or local authority
- Proven track record managing remedial programmes
- Able to hit the ground running
