Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £425 - £450 per day

A major UK contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million distribution warehouse in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile industrial project from an early stage, managing the programme through to successful completion. You'll be leading the site team, driving quality, programme and commercial performance, while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the build.

We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering industrial, logistics or distribution projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong background working for a Main Contractor
  • Track record managing projects from inception through to handover
  • Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
