Freelance Quantity Surveyor (Outside IR35)

We’re working with a busy and well-established Construction company contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, looking to bring on a Freelance Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish across a varied portfolio, including Residential, Heritage and Education projects
- Start: 2–4 weeks
- Contract: Outside IR35
- Duration: Long-term / ongoing work secured
- Working pattern: Hybrid (site/office + 1 day WFH)
- Supportive team with autonomy over your projects
Requirements
- Proven experience running projects end-to-end
- Refurbishment / external works experience (desirable)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting/mentoring an Assistant QS
