**FREELANCE SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – CIVIL ENGINEERING – DERBY**

Immediate start available for an experienced civil engineering Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for three projects due to start.

• Immediate start available
• Site based in Derby with hybrid working patterns available
• Mixture of S278, earthworks and drainage schemes being performed as both principal and subcontractor
• Initial 6 month contract on offer – likely to be 12 months in total
• Mix of NEC3/4 contracts
• Commercially delivering schemes from start on site to handover
• £400 - £450 per day
• Outside IR35
