Freelance Site Manager – CAT B Commercial Fit Out | Central Brighton | £280 per Day. 

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a £2.1m commercial fit-out from start to finish, working on a well-organised project with parking available on site.

The Role

  • Managing the day-to-day running of a CAT B commercial fit-out project
  • Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme deadlines
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
  • Liaising with the project team and maintaining accurate site records
  • Using IT systems for reporting, documentation and communication

  • Project Value: £2.1m
  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Start Date: 24th September
  • Finish Date: 15th January
  • Rate: £280 per day
  • Parking: Available on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit-out projects
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
