This project requires an experienced Site Manager to cordiinate and manage all buidling elements for thee project inlcuding:
- Steel frame construction
- Cladding
- Roofing
- M&E installation
- Solar PV Panels
- Scaffolding
- Finishing works and snagging
Requirements:
- A strong understanding and experience of steel frame buidlign construction packages
- JCT contract experience and knowledge
- SMSTS & CSCS cards
Rewards:
- Freelance contract for around 12 months in Wolverhampton
- Daily rate £350 - £400 depending on experience and location
