We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Houston.
The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, ideally within roofing/construction, and must have proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction/roofing sector
- Demonstrable experience working on listed or heritage buildings – evidence will be required
- SMSTS qualification – essential
- First Aid qualification – essential
- CSCS card – essential
- Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site activities effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and site compliance
