We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team. You will be managing a soft strip out of a retail unit in Wythenshawe.

• Position: Freelance Site Manager

• Location: Wythenshawe

• Start: Monday 27th July 2026

• Free parking on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a soft strip out of a retail unit including asbestos, partitions, flooring and ceiling

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Liaise with the client and updating on progress  
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing similar projects – demo / strip out

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work. Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential

• Ability to reliably commute to Wythenshawe
