Freelance Site Manager – Internals (Residential Development)
📍 Eddington, Cambridge (CB3)
💷 £300 – £320 per day CIS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out package on a flagship residential development in Eddington, Cambridge.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity with a well-funded, privately owned developer known for delivering high-quality residential schemes.

The Project

A 170-unit residential development comprising a mix of traditional houses and low-rise apartment blocks. With the superstructures complete on phase one, the project is now moving through the internal fit-out stage including M&E installations and finishing works.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing internal fit-out works from 1st fix 
  • Managing subcontractors and programme
  • Coordinating M&E, drylining, carpentry and finishing trades
  • Ensuring health & safety, quality and delivery targets are met
  • Strong internals background from first fix through to handover
  • Experience managing multiple trades and maintaining programme targets

Requirements

  • Residential internals experience
  • Strong fit-out background from first fix to handover
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
