Are you a Freight Forwarding Coordinator with Import and Export experience across Air and Road Freight, looking to join a global logistics business offering clear progression into Supervisor and Manager positions, alongside a company bonus to increase your earnings?

This global freight forwarding and logistics business operates across international markets with a multi-billion-pound turnover and a worldwide network spanning numerous countries. Providing multimodal transport and supply chain solutions across air, road and sea freight, they work with major customers globally and are looking to strengthen their Gateway operation with an experienced Freight professional.

In this role, you will coordinate Import and Export consignments through the Gateway, working with airlines, transport providers, customers and internal teams. You will manage customs documentation, collections and deliveries while ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs and industry regulations. Joining a team of 10, you will have clear progression into Supervisor and Manager roles.

This role would suit a Freight Forwarding Coordinator or Operator with Import and Export experience and exposure to both Air and Road Freight, looking for a long-term role within a global logistics business offering progression and a company bonus.

The Role:

• Coordinate Import and Export freight movements across Air and Road

• Arrange collections and deliveries with airlines and transport providers

• Manage customs reporting, ETSF records and T1 documentation

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal freight teams

• Join a team of 10 with progression into Supervisor and Manager roles
• Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30

The Person:

• Freight Forwarding experience or similar

• Import and Export experience

• Experience within both Air Freight and Road Freight

• Commutable to Feltham
