The company: An international manufacturer in the home improvement sector with a key focus on sustainability 

Main duties: To develop the company’s presence in France through targeted marketing campaigns and localised content.

The role:
- Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategy to enhance the company's digital presence in the region
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating ideas, briefs and localised content suitable for each platform
- Monitor content engagement and channel performance, and suggest improvement strategies
- Organise and schedule exhibition/event attendance in order to boost the company's presence
- Liaise with the General Manager to ensure content is aligned with sales strategies, campaigns and commercial objectives
- Create high quality content for the French website, keeping search engine optimisation as a priority
- Liaise with the digital marketing team, agencies and freelancers to coordinate and schedule campaign launches
- Provide weekly reports on demand generation, campaign success and brand awareness

The candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in creative marketing, content creation and social media management – Essential
- Strong knowledge of content creation platforms (e.g.,  Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
